Committed to making the U.S. healthcare system work for all of us.

Good policy and strategy should be responsive to the character of a nation, its values and its aspirations. You cannot design real, workable solutions without understanding what’s driving the way things are, why those drivers are so important, and what will work for the population you serve.  A solution that works in one place, may not work in another.

It’s also important to be honest about how we got to where we are currently.  If you like the result, keep doing more of the same.  If you don’t like it, dig deep to understand the mistakes that have been made so you can make true, meaningful corrections.

I believe that these elements are largely missing from the discussion about the American healthcare system.  Some may differ from my conclusion, but it is my opinion that the result is a system that is largely unresponsive to the consumers it’s supposed to serve, and is harming our economy and the quality of life for the average American.

This site is about taking a deep, penetrating look at all of these questions, and understanding how we might be able to truly begin solving some of these problems.

Join me for the discussion.  Don’t hold back.  I know I won’t.  The stakes are too high.
